I had difficulty registering my certificate/coupon/ticket for my vacation package because I entered an incorrect date on the registration website thusly voiding my certificate because it did not match the date written on the certificate.

Fortunately Richard from customer service was able to help me out after I contacted spirit incentives customer service via their phone line.

I called customer service and initially was asked to scan and send in my certificate which I did. Initially I was told I wouldn't be able to redeem the certificate because it was "expired" and the expiration date on the certificate was handwritten.

I asked to speak to a manager and after telling Richard what happened he got in contact with the issuer of the certificate and got a new certificate issued.

I received better customer service than was expected.
